Crossroads Global Initiative is returning to Minden, Germany, for our 11th year of ministry in partnership with the Minden Evangelical Free Church! This trip uses baseball and cheerleading camps as powerful tools to build relationships and share the hope of Jesus with German youth, ages 10–18.

Germany is a sports-loving culture, and while baseball and cheer may be unfamiliar, they create a unique platform for connection and Gospel conversations. Whether you’re coaching, assisting, or simply encouraging kids on the field or in the gym, your presence matters.

Why go?
Only 3% of Germans have a personal relationship with Jesus. This camp helps strengthen the church’s outreach and builds lasting spiritual impact in a region with little evangelical presence.

No coaching experience? No problem. A willing heart, a love for Jesus, and a desire to invest in others are the most important requirements.
