Dinner & Dessert Auction

Our annual youth camp fundraiser, a Dinner and Dessert Auction, will be held the evening of April 18th in the Fellowship Hall of Vansickle Baptist Church.  Our youth and workers will be helping to serve some fabulous brisket and BBQ with some of your favorite sides.

We are asking our church members to help out in two ways: 1.) supply your favorite deserts to auction away to help raise money for camp; and 2.) come with generous hearts, prepared to bid on your favorite desserts.  After all, its for a great cause.

Every year we’ve hosted this event, we have an incredible time… one of the funnest parts of the evening is watching church members compete to see who will win the most coveted desserts.  On a few rare occasions, we’ve seen desserts fetch as much as $120.   And, the best news of all… that money helps send kids to camp, a camp where they will be challenged to learn more about God and His will for their lives.

This year, we will have the added blessing of having the VBC Praise Team lead us in a mini-concert during the dinner.  We are looking forward to a great evening of fun and fellowship.

Activities begin at 6 pm.
